About EntryEx.it
EntryEx.it is a trading journal for crypto and futures traders. It imports the facts of your trading - fills, fees, funding, positions - from public wallet addresses and read-only exchange connections, and gives you a structured place to write the part only you know: the thesis before a trade and the honest review after it. Everything you write is private by default and shared only by your explicit choice, per entry, down to the individual field.
Why it exists
Most journaling attempts die of manual entry, and most trading “social” platforms treat your record as content to broadcast. EntryEx.it is built on the opposite premises: the facts should arrive on their own, from sources that can only read, and the record belongs to its author - a journal first, with sharing as a deliberate act rather than a default.
The product is free, with no advertising, no promoted posts, and no sale of data.
Principles the software enforces
- Read-only by construction. There is no code path that places an order or withdraws funds. Exchange credentials are encrypted before storage.
- Private by default. Imported trades arrive as private drafts and stay private until published. A withheld field is absent from the published payload - it never leaves the server.
- Honest numbers. Where a cost basis cannot be established, the figure reads unavailable rather than estimated. Manual trades are labelled for life and excluded from verified figures.
- Consent-based sharing. Group sharing and mentorship access are explicit, scoped, and revocable at any moment.
The privacy page describes data handling in full; the terms are short and readable on purpose.
